Sheet Metal Fabrication Capabilities
Laser cutting, forming, welding, finishing and assembly under one roof — with the DFM review that keeps a design manufacturable before the first part is cut.
What We Do In-House
Each operation below runs in our own workshop, so a drawing moves from cutting to forming to finishing without being handed between suppliers. V-grooving and tube fabrication sit inside the same operation rather than being bought in.
Fiber Laser Cutting
Precision fiber laser cutting for sheet metal parts: 0.5-8 mm carbon steel, stainless and aluminum, up to 3000 x 1500 mm, clean edges ready for bending.
View pageCNC Press Brake Bending
CNC press brake bending for sheet metal parts: 0.5-8 mm, up to 3000 mm long, tight angle control with tooling matched to your part geometry.
View pageWelding and Assembly
TIG, MIG and spot welding plus sub-assembly for sheet metal enclosures, with distortion control, jigs and clean-up matched to the finish you need.
View pagePowder Coating and Finishing
Powder coating and surface finishing for sheet metal enclosures: RAL colours, pre-treatment, controlled film thickness and salt-spray tested finishes.
View pageCNC Machining and Secondary Operations
Secondary machining on fabricated parts: tapping, countersinking, milling, pressed inserts, riveting and deburring, so parts leave ready to assemble.
View pagePrototyping and DFM
Sheet metal prototyping with DFM review: we flag bend radii, tolerances and features that raise cost or risk before cutting, then build the first-off part.
View pageV-Grooving & Sharp Corners
V-grooves cut along the fold line so the outside face closes to a sharp corner with no visible radius, and no weld or polishing step afterwards.
View pageTube & Pipe Fabrication
Tube frames, guards and handles cut and notched on the laser, bent on the tube bender and welded to the sheet brackets of the same job.

Guides for Buyers and Engineers
The operations above make the part. These guides cover everything around them — how a price is built, how a run is controlled, how payment and shipping are handled, and which documents matter.
Cost & Pricing Guide
The five cost blocks in a quotation and which one your drawing controls.

Keeping the operations under one roof means one dimensional reference, one set of documentation and one point of contact. Your drawing goes through DFM review, laser cutting, press brake forming, welding and assembly, surface finishing and export packing without being handed between suppliers — which is what keeps lead times predictable and tolerances consistent from the first part to the last.
Every quotation states the scope it covers: material, thickness, operations, finishing and packing. Where a drawing raises a manufacturing risk, we say so before cutting rather than after.
