A quotation is an invitation to treat. Orders are binding only after written confirmation by both parties. Technical parameters, tolerances, materials and finishes are governed by the confirmed drawing revision referenced in the order.

We aim to keep website information accurate, but we accept no liability for decisions based solely on website content. Our liability for products and services is defined exclusively in the applicable sales contract.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. For international orders, the sales contract may designate alternative dispute resolution as agreed by the parties.
