From a 1U front panel to a full 42U rack frame, we fabricate the metal chassis that carries your hardware. Rack ears, perforation patterns, mounting rails, cable guides and grounding details are all manufactured in-house.
Standard 19-inch width (482.6 mm) is only the start - we also build to your custom mounting width, depth and height, with EMI shielding and airflow features designed into the sheet metal.

The standard front mounting width is 482.6 mm (19 inches) between rack rails. Chassis depth and height are customized to your equipment.
Yes - chassis height follows your drawing. Half-U, 1.5U and other non-standard heights are manufactured regularly.
Yes. Hole size, pitch and pattern are cut per your airflow specification, and we can advise on typical open-area ratios during DFM review.
