Self-Service Kiosk, Terminal & Smart Locker Enclosures
Sheet metal bodies for self-service terminals and smart lockers: kiosk enclosures, ticket and payment terminals, locker cabinets and control housings with screen apertures, bezel frames, payment cut-outs and service access built to your drawing.
Public-Facing Enclosures That Take Handling
An enclosure in a public lobby is treated like street furniture: leaned on, kicked by accident, wiped with whatever is available, and expected to look presentable for years. That means rigid forming, edges that are safe, a finish that survives cleaning, and locking that resists casual interference.
We fabricate the body, doors, bezels and internal structure. Screens, touch units, payment hardware, locks and the electrical compliance of the finished terminal remain with you.

Materials, Finishes & Customisation
Body material
| Cold-rolled steel SPCC | 1.2-2.0 mm — the standard for kiosk and locker bodies |
| Galvanized steel SECC | 1.0-1.5 mm — lockers and internal structures |
| Stainless steel SUS304 | 1.0-2.0 mm — heavy-use, washdown and outdoor locations |
| Aluminum | 2.0-4.0 mm — fascia panels and bezel frames |
Public-area detailing
| Rigid forming | Returned edges, gussets and ribbed faces so the enclosure does not flex when leaned on |
| Safe edges | All exposed edges formed or deburred — no sharp cut faces at hand height |
| Durable finish | Coating selected to resist repeated cleaning and abrasion |
Customisation
| Bezels & windows | Formed frames for screens, scanners and printers, gasket sealed where needed |
| Access control | Lockable doors, slam latches, cash-box compartments and tamper fixings |
| Ventilation & thermal | Louvres, fan apertures, filtered panels and internal airflow paths |
How This Product Moves Through the Workshop
Kiosk and locker enclosures are built around the interfaces: screen aperture, bezel depth, printer and card reader positions are set from your drawing, then the body is formed for rigidity and the bezel frames are fitted. Coating comes before any glass, gasket or lock, and each unit is checked for door alignment and interface position before packing.
- Drawing review with DFM feedback before production release
- Fiber laser cutting of the complete flat pattern in one set-up
- CNC press-brake forming, welding and grinding
- Coating applied before gaskets, hardware and glass are fitted
- First-article and sample inspection recorded for each batch

Common Questions About This Product
No. We manufacture the sheet metal body, doors, bezel frames and internal structure. Screens, touch units, card readers, printers, lock mechanisms and the electrical compliance of the finished terminal are supplied by you.
Rigidity comes from forming rather than thickness alone — returned edges, gussets, ribbed faces and a properly welded base. We will propose the construction that suits the size and loading of your terminal, and for the most exposed locations stainless steel is worth considering.
Yes. Locker columns, rows and door sizes are laid out to your drawing, with a control cabinet and a cable riser integrated into the bank. Locker doors can be supplied prepared for the lock hardware you specify.
Outdoor kiosks need the same treatment as any outdoor enclosure: sealed screen and door apertures, drainage in the base, corrosion-resistant material for coastal positions, and a ventilation strategy that keeps rain out while removing heat. We will flag any interface on your drawing that needs a gasket or a drip detail.
Yes. Powder coating is available to any RAL reference or a physical sample, and we can leave flat faces uncoated or primed where you intend to apply graphics. Silk-screen marking can also be applied to your artwork.
