Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers for buyers sourcing metal enclosures and sheet metal parts from China.
We are the manufacturer. Shijiazhuang Anjue Metal Products Co., Ltd. runs its own laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, finishing and assembly lines, so the plant that quotes your drawing is the plant that ships your parts.
Both. Our core is metal enclosures, cabinets and housings, but we produce any sheet metal part - brackets, panels, plates, chassis, guards - from the same processes. See our product pages for the full range.
Yes. Send photos, a sketch or a physical sample. Our engineers will interpret the geometry, propose materials and tolerances, and confirm drawings with you before production.
MOQ is project-based and flexible. We produce single prototypes and small trial runs, then scale to serial production once samples are approved. There is no artificial minimum.
For most drawing-based enquiries we reply within 24 hours on working days with a detailed quotation covering material, finish, MOQ, lead time and our DFM comments.
STEP, STP, IGES, DXF, DWG, PDF and native SolidWorks files. DXF 1:1 is ideal for flat laser-cut parts; a 3D STEP accelerates DFM review for formed parts.
Standard: laser cutting +/-0.1 mm, bending +/-0.15 mm on critical dimensions, following DIN 6935 / GB-T 15055-m. Tighter tolerances are possible - mark them clearly on the drawing.
SPCC/SECC/SGCC steel, SUS304/316 stainless, aluminum 5052/6061 and more; powder coating (any RAL), anodizing, plating, brushing, silk-screen and passivation.
Yes - we strongly recommend it. Prototype lead time is typically 5-10 days. Sample cost and any refund policy are stated clearly in the quotation.
Approved samples become our production reference. We run in-process inspection gates (bending, welding, assembly, packaging), first-article reports for new parts, and batch records for traceability.
Your files stay internal. We sign NDAs on request and never share customer designs with third parties. IP protection is a standard part of how we work with OEM brands.
Common terms: T/T, L/C (for larger orders), EXW/FOB/CIF/DAP by agreement. Sea freight via Tianjin Port, air and express (DHL/FedEx/UPS) are all arranged for export orders.
