HMI Enclosures, Operator Panels & Control Stations
Housings for human-machine interfaces and operator stations: panel-mount enclosures, pedestal and arm-mounted control stations, hand-held pendant housings and button boxes with display windows, button bores and cable glands cut to your interface drawing.
Cut-Outs That Match Your Interface Drawing
An operator enclosure has almost no tolerance for error: a display window two millimetres off, or button bores at the wrong pitch, means the panel cannot be assembled at all. This is precision work driven by your interface drawing rather than a catalogue size.
We cut, form and finish the housing, and we check the interface geometry against your drawing before production. The display, switches, control board and the electrical certification of the station are yours.

Popular Configurations We Manufacture
Every size and option is customised to your drawing. Use a configuration below as a starting point for your enquiry.
Panel-Mount HMI Housings
Enclosures that mount into a machine panel around a display or control module.
| Typical size | 150-450 mm face sizes |
| Feature | Sealed window frame, gasket flange, mounting clamps |
| Material | Steel or aluminum |
Pedestal & Arm-Mounted Operator Stations
Standing or arm-supported consoles for machine control with sloped or vertical faces.
| Typical size | 400-600 W × 500-900 H mm |
| Form | Sloped front, vertical front, angled console |
| Options | Column, base, arm interface, cable routing |
Hand-Held & Pendant Housings
Enclosures carried or suspended by the operator, with grip features and strain relief.
Small HMI Enclosures & Matching Accessories
The same construction scales down: compact housings for small HMI enclosures and single-button operator stations, as well as teach-pendant shells for robot cells. Matching HMI enclosure accessories - mounting brackets, support arms, window gaskets, cable glands and back-plates - are fabricated in the same run, so the operator interface arrives ready to install.
| Material | Aluminum or steel 1.0-2.0 mm |
| Features | Grip profile, button layout, cable entry and clamp |
| Weight | Lightweight builds where handling matters |
Materials, Finishes & Customisation
Housing material
| Cold-rolled steel SPCC | 1.0-2.0 mm — the economical choice for fixed panel-mount housings |
| Galvanized steel SECC | 1.0-1.5 mm — general industrial environments |
| Aluminum | 2.0-4.0 mm — hand-held pendants and weight-sensitive arms |
| Stainless steel SUS304 | 1.0-1.5 mm — washdown, food and pharmaceutical areas |
Interface detailing
| Window frames | Formed frames with gasket channels that seal against the display or overlay |
| Button bores | Round, square and keyed apertures cut to your pitch and tolerance |
| Grip features | Formed or fitted grips for hand-held and pendant units |
Customisation
| Overlay support | Flat faces prepared for membrane overlays or printed panels |
| Cable management | Glands, strain-relief brackets, internal routing clips and clamps |
| Mounting hardware | Clamps, brackets, arm interfaces and pedestal fixings to your drawing |
How This Product Moves Through the Workshop
Operator housings are driven by the interface drawing, so the flat pattern is generated from your cut-out positions and the window frame is formed to the display thickness. After cutting and forming, the housing is coated, then the window frame, gasket and hardware are fitted and the interface geometry is verified against the drawing before the batch is released.
- Drawing review with DFM feedback before production release
- Fiber laser cutting of the complete flat pattern in one set-up
- CNC press-brake forming, welding and grinding
- Coating applied before gaskets, hardware and glass are fitted
- First-article and sample inspection recorded for each batch

Common Questions About This Product
Yes — that is the core of this product. Send the face-plate drawing with cut-out positions, sizes and tolerances, or a sample face plate. We will cut to those dimensions and confirm the geometry before the batch runs.
Aluminum is usually specified for pendants because weight affects operator fatigue and arm loading. Steel housings are used where the pendant is fixed or supported. We can quote both options so you can compare cost against weight.
Yes. Gasket doors, sealed window frames, sealed glands and continuous welded corners allow a sealed build. For food and pharmaceutical areas stainless steel would normally be specified as well. Any formal verification testing is arranged by you.
No. We manufacture the metal housing and its mechanical parts. Displays, switches, overlays, control boards and the electrical compliance of the finished station are supplied by you.
Yes. Sloped and angled fronts are formed from the sheet rather than welded-on, which keeps the surface clean and the structure rigid. Tell us the viewing angle and the operator position and we will propose a form that suits both.
