Industrial Control Panel Enclosures & PLC Cabinet Frames
Empty control panel enclosures for panel builders, machine builders and system integrators: floor-standing and wall-mount cabinets with mounting plates, gland plates, door hardware, ventilation and cable entry prepared for your electrical fit-out.
Frames and Plates Ready for Your Panel Build
For a panel builder the enclosure is the first thing that has to be right and the last thing anyone notices. Mounting plate position, gland plate opening size, door swing clearance and the lay-out of the cable zone decide how quickly the panel can be wired and how easily it can be serviced afterwards.
We supply the empty cabinet and its mechanical parts, built to your drawing and drilled for your hardware. The breakers, contactors, wiring, labelling and the electrical certification of the assembled panel remain with you.

Materials, Finishes & Customisation
Cabinet material
| Cold-rolled steel SPCC | 1.2-2.0 mm — the standard for general industrial control panels |
| Galvanized steel SECC | 1.0-2.0 mm — better cut-edge corrosion behaviour, common in humid plants |
| Stainless steel SUS304 | 1.0-2.0 mm — washdown, food, pharmaceutical and chemical environments |
Protection & finish
| Powder coating | 80-100 µm in RAL7035 / RAL7032, the standard industrial palette |
| Zinc plating | Mounting plates, brackets and internal parts |
| Gasket design | Foam-in-place or EPDM gaskets to the protection level your panel requires |
Customisation
| Panel preparation | DIN rail plates, ducts brackets, divider panels, cable tie-off points |
| Ventilation | Filtered fan panels, louvres, air-conditioner apertures, heat-exchanger cut-outs |
| Documentation | Rating plates, marking plates and pockets fitted to your requirement |
How This Product Moves Through the Workshop
Control cabinets are cut as a matched panel set so the mounting plate, gland plate and door align with the frame the way the drawing intends. Forming, welding and grinding build the body; the frame is checked for squareness before coating. Gaskets, hinges, locks, plates and ventilation parts are fitted afterwards, and every batch is sampled for door fit and plate position.
- Drawing review with DFM feedback before production release
- Fiber laser cutting of the complete flat pattern in one set-up
- CNC press-brake forming, welding and grinding
- Coating applied before gaskets, hardware and glass are fitted
- First-article and sample inspection recorded for each batch

Common Questions About This Product
The empty enclosure and its mechanical parts — body, doors, mounting plate, gland plates, DIN rail plates, ventilation and hardware. The breakers, drive units, wiring, labelling and the certification of the assembled panel are supplied by you as the panel builder.
Yes. Send the plate drawing or the component footprint and we will cut, drill and tap the plate accordingly, including threaded inserts, studs and earth bar positions. Many customers order plates as separate repeating parts alongside the cabinet.
Protection is determined by the gasket system, cable-entry treatment and door hardware. IP54 to IP65 is the usual range for industrial control panels depending on the ventilation strategy and whether the enclosure is sealed. Any formal verification test is arranged by you with your chosen laboratory.
Yes. RAL7035 and RAL7032 are the common industrial references, but any RAL colour or a physical sample can be matched. For colour-critical orders we coat a coupon for approval before the production run.
Yes, flat-pack delivery is available and reduces freight volume considerably for export orders. The panel set arrives with hardware, gasket sections, assembly notes and, where needed, a frame fixture drawing.
