Network & Server Cabinet Enclosures (19″ / 21″)
Rack cabinet bodies and their components for data and telecom rooms: 19-inch and 21-inch enclosures, wall-mount rack cabinets, perforated and glazed doors, side panels, plinths, cable-management parts and mounting accessories.
Cabinet Frames and Doors That Stay Square
A rack cabinet that is out of square by two millimetres is a daily irritation for whoever has to fit the rails. Squareness, hole pitch and door alignment are manufacturing disciplines, and they are the reason buyers come back to a supplier rather than re-tender.
We fabricate the cabinet structure and its accessories to your drawing, and we build them in a way that the hundredth cabinet matches the first. The servers, switches and power distribution inside are your scope.

How This Product Moves Through the Workshop
Cabinet frames are cut and formed as a matched panel set, then welded or riveted on fixtures that control squareness. Door alignment is checked against the frame rather than in isolation, because that is how the customer sees it. Coating, hardware and accessory fitting follow, and every batch is sampled for squareness, hole pitch and door fit.
- Drawing review with DFM feedback before production release
- Fiber laser cutting of the complete flat pattern in one set-up
- CNC press-brake forming, welding and grinding
- Coating applied before gaskets, hardware and glass are fitted
- First-article and sample inspection recorded for each batch

Common Questions About This Product
Yes. Flat-pack supply is common for customers who assemble near the installation site, and it reduces freight volume considerably on long routes. The panel set is supplied with hardware, a frame fixture drawing where needed and assembly notes.
Yes. Both 19-inch and 21-inch standards are produced, along with custom widths where the equipment is outside the standard series. Send the rail pitch and equipment envelope and we will confirm the internal dimensions.
Open area depends on the pattern, material thickness and the rigidity the door needs — usually in the range of 60 to 80 percent for a pressed pattern. If your thermal specification has a target figure, tell us and we will propose a pattern that reaches it.
Yes. Doors, side panels, plinths, cable trays, brush strips and mounting brackets can be ordered as separate repeating items, which is often how installers and system integrators work with us.
By keeping the tooling, welding fixtures and inspection method unchanged between runs, and by checking door fit against the frame on a sample from each batch. For long programs we keep a reference frame so replacement parts fit cabinets delivered years earlier.
