Equipment Overview

Machine Roster

More than 20 sets of CNC and conventional machines run across the eight process stages below, producing roughly 200 tons of finished sheet metal per month on a 5,000 m² production floor. The roster lists the machine types behind each stage, so you can see on paper what a drawing will actually be made on.

01 · Cutting & blanking

Equipment	What it does / typical range
Fiber laser cutting machine	Flat sheet up to 3,000 × 1,500 mm; carbon steel 0.5-8.0 mm, stainless and aluminum to 6.0 mm
CNC turret punch press	Punching, louvres, forming and cut-outs produced in a single set-up
Guillotine shear	Straight shearing of sheet and strip ahead of forming
V-grooving machine	V-grooves cut along fold lines for sharp-corner and near-zero-radius bending
Tube laser cutting machine	Cut and notched tube ends so frame joints close without hand fitting
Band saw	Cutting tube, section and bar to length for frames and brackets

02 · Forming & bending

Equipment	What it does / typical range
CNC press brake	Bending length to 3,000 mm; angle control typically ±0.5°
Press brake tooling	V-dies, punches, gooseneck and special tools for part-specific geometry
Self-clinching press	Pressed nuts, studs and stand-offs to the manufacturer specification
Plate rolling machine	Cylindrical and curved parts to the specified radius
Tube bender	CNC tube bending with controlled bend radius, angle and centre distance
Hydraulic press	Heavy forming, pressing and straightening of fabricated parts
Sheet leveller	Flattening sheet and parts to remove coil set and twist

03 · Machining & secondary operations

CNC milling machine	Slots, cut-outs and stepped features referenced to the formed part
CNC lathe	Turned pins, spacers, bushes and threaded parts
Conventional lathe	One-off turned parts and tooling repair
Radial drilling machine	Drilling and boring on fabricated panels and assemblies
Tapping machine	Metric and imperial threads in sheet and plate, size matched to gauge
Surface grinder	Grinding of flats and parallel faces on tooling and precision parts

04 · Welding

Equipment	What it does / typical range
TIG welding sets	Cosmetic stainless, thin gauge and sealed seams
MIG / MAG welding sets	Structural carbon steel frames and welded assemblies
Spot welding machine	Thin-gauge sheet and sub-assembly tacking
Stud welding machine	Welded studs for earthing points and threaded fixings
Laser welding machine	Low-distortion welds on galvanised and thin-gauge sheet
Welding jigs & positioners	Fixtures that hold squareness and distortion while welding

05 · Surface finishing

Equipment	What it does / typical range
Powder coating line	Pre-treatment, spray booth and curing oven; any RAL; parts to 2,500 × 1,200 mm
Sandblasting machine	Surface preparation and uniform matte finishes
Shot blasting machine	Scale and rust removal ahead of coating
Brushing machine	No. 4 and directional brushed finishes on stainless steel
Polishing machine	Mirror and bright finishes for hygienic and decorative parts
Silk-screen printing machine	Printed legends, logos and safety markings
Anodising & plating †	Anodised aluminium finishes and zinc plating for brackets and small parts

06 · Quality & testing

Coordinate measuring machine (CMM)	First-article and critical-feature verification
Vision measuring system	Two-dimensional measurement of profiles, holes and cut-outs
Coating thickness gauge	Film thickness on powder coated and plated parts
Colour and gloss meter	Coating colour and gloss checked against the approved sample
Salt spray test chamber	Corrosion performance of coated and plated finishes
Hardness tester	Material and weld hardness checks where specified
Weld pull test	Destructive check on welded joints where the project requires it
Calipers, micrometers, height and angle gauges	In-process dimensional checks at every workstation

07 · Assembly & packing

Equipment	What it does / typical range
Assembly benches	Hardware, gaskets, labels, kitting and sub-assembly
Strapping and wrapping station	Pallet banding and protective wrapping for export
Forklift and overhead crane	Handling of sheet stock, frames and finished goods
Racking and warehouse	Material, work-in-progress and finished-goods storage on FIFO

08 · Support & utilities

Equipment	What it does / typical range
CAD/CAM and nesting software	Drawing review, flat-pattern development and sheet nesting
Tooling and jig making	Fixtures, jigs and special press-brake tools produced in-house
Dust and fume extraction	Extraction at cutting, welding and coating stations
Air compressor plant	Compressed air for machines, coating and assembly

† Anodising and plating are arranged through qualified finishing partners rather than run on our own line. Every quotation states which operations are carried out in-house for that job.
