Stainless steel demands discipline - from material grade selection to weld heat control and finish. Our workshop fabricates SUS304 and SUS316L brackets, panels, housings and welded structures for food equipment, medical devices, marine hardware and outdoor telecom.
We control the whole chain: laser cutting, forming, TIG welding by experienced welders, then grinding, brushing or passivation so the finished part is clean, corrosion-resistant and consistent in repeat orders.

Common Questions About This Product
We regularly fabricate SUS304 and SUS316L in sheet, coil and tube form. SUS201, 430 and other grades are available by project - confirm the grade on your drawing or with our engineers.
Yes - brushing is done after welding and grinding so the complete visible surface is uniform. Specify the brush direction and finish grade on your drawing.
Passivation can be added after welding to restore corrosion resistance. Mill certificates and, where needed, third-party material testing are available on request.
Our welders are experienced with structural and cosmetic seams, and we can inspect to your acceptance level (e.g., ISO 5817 class C/B) with records for critical parts.
