Manufacturing Process - From DFM to Delivery

The repeatable route every drawing takes through our plant: engineering review, cutting, forming, welding, finishing, inspection and export packing.

Eight Controlled Steps

One Route: From Flat Sheet to Packed Assembly

Step 01

Engineering & DFM Review

We check bend radii against material thickness, hole-to-bend distances, weld access and assembly sequence. You receive manufacturability feedback together with the quotation - free of charge.

Step 02

Fiber Laser Cutting

High-wattage fiber lasers cut flat patterns with +/-0.1 mm accuracy and burr-free edges - no downstream grinding, no coating adhesion failures.

Step 03

CNC Press Brake Bending

Synchronized press brakes form cabinet bodies, flanges, sealing channels and load-bearing bases. Springback is compensated by calculation, not guesswork.

Step 04

Welding & Assembly

TIG for cosmetic stainless, MIG for structural carbon steel, spot welding for thin gauge. Welded geometry and spatter are checked before finishing.

Step 05

Surface Finishing

Powder coating in any RAL, anodizing, plating, brushing or polishing - selected for corrosion protection, appearance and your brand requirements.

Step 06

Hardware & Sub-Assembly

PEM nuts, studs and inserts; hinges, locks, gaskets, labels. Parts can ship flat-packed or as ready-to-wire assemblies.

Step 07

Inspection

Bending check, welding check, assembly fit check and packaging check - each at the point where the risk is created, plus first-article reports.

Step 08

Export Packaging & Shipment

Protective film, corner guards, foam, cartons and pallets sized to your product and destination. Photos or videos can be provided before shipment.

Design for Manufacturability

What We Review on Your Drawing

Most re-cut loops are caused by small design conflicts. Our DFM checklist catches them before the laser starts:

  • Bend radius vs material & thickness
  • Minimum flange / hole-to-bend distances
  • Hole and slot tolerances vs tooling
  • Flat pattern feasibility & nesting
  • Weld access & heat distortion risk
  • Finish compatibility with material
  • Assembly sequence & fasteners
  • Packaging & stacking plan
