Electrical Distribution Boxes & DB Enclosure Shells
Sheet metal enclosures for distribution boards and sub-distribution panels: consumer units, DIN-rail distribution boxes, meter enclosures and multi-way boards with doors, busbar provision, gland entry and knockouts prepared for your electrical build.
Distribution Enclosures Built for Repeat Assembly
Distribution boxes are volume products: they are bought in batches, assembled on a bench and installed on site by someone in a hurry. Consistent knockouts, a mounting plate that lines up every time and a door that closes squarely are what make that process work.
We manufacture the enclosure and its internal mechanical parts — plate, rail brackets, knockouts, gland entry and door hardware. Breakers, busbars, wiring and the electrical certification of the assembled board remain with you.

How This Product Moves Through the Workshop
Because distribution boxes are produced in batches, the flat pattern is set up once and reproduced: knockouts, rail slots and fixing holes are punched or laser cut at fixed positions, and the panel set is formed on the same set-up every run. Coating is applied before internal parts are fitted, and each batch is sampled for door fit and knockout position.
- Drawing review with DFM feedback before production release
- Fiber laser cutting of the complete flat pattern in one set-up
- CNC press-brake forming, welding and grinding
- Coating applied before gaskets, hardware and glass are fitted
- First-article and sample inspection recorded for each batch

Common Questions About This Product
Yes. Knockouts are produced to standard conduit and cable diameters or to any size on your drawing. Tell us which sizes you want on which faces and we will build the punch layout accordingly, keeping it consistent for repeat orders.
No. We manufacture the sheet metal enclosure and its internal mechanical parts. Breakers, busbars, meters, wiring and the certification of the assembled distribution board are supplied by you.
Yes. Window panels are available in glass or polycarbonate with a formed frame and, where the protection level requires it, a gasket seal. We will confirm the window aperture against your meter or display dimensions.
We accept a single prototype for approval and then serial batches. For distribution boxes most customers start with a sample to check knobouts and door fit, then order in repeating batches.
Yes. Send the sample or photographs with key dimensions and we will reconstruct the geometry in CAD and return a drawing for confirmation before production. Where the original design has a weak point we will point it out and propose an alternative.
