Typical Configuration & Parameters
When weight, heat dissipation or a premium feel matter, aluminum is the right enclosure material. We build both sheet aluminum housings (5052/6061) and extrusion-profile enclosures (6063-T5) with precision end machining.
Finishing is handled in-house: anodizing in clear, black or colors, sandblasting, brushing and powder coating - so the surface quality matches the engineering underneath.

Common Questions About This Product
Sheet aluminum enclosures are folded from flat sheet, ideal for simple custom boxes with cutouts. Extrusion-profile enclosures use a fixed cross-section profile with machined end caps, giving faster tooling-free production for long runs and a distinctive industrial look.
Yes - colored anodizing is available, though lead time and minimums differ from clear/black. Sandblasting before anodizing gives the most uniform finish.
Aluminum gives natural conductivity; with conductive surface treatment and gaskets we can build to your shielding requirements. Discuss the frequency range and attenuation target with our engineers.
We can machine your own profile sections and also help source standard or custom 6063 profiles from our partner mills when the volume justifies extrusion tooling.
