Precision Sheet Metal Parts & Laser Cutting Services
Precision sheet metal parts from prototype to serial production: fiber laser cutting, CNC bending, secondary machining, finishing and assembly. Brackets, panels, enclosures components with +/-0.1 mm accuracy.
Typical Configuration & Parameters
Not every project needs a full enclosure - many need hundreds of brackets, panels, plates and small fabricated parts that must fit a larger assembly on the first try. We produce precision sheet metal parts in volumes from 1 prototype piece to 100,000+ parts per year.
Fiber laser cutting gives +/-0.1 mm clean edges, synchronized press brakes hold bend angles, and secondary CNC machining handles threads, countersinks and features the sheet metal process cannot.

Materials, Finishes & Customization
For prototype quantities we often combine laser cutting with manual forming to compress lead time while keeping your design intent.
Standard Materials
| SPCC / CRS | Most economical; ideal for coated parts |
| SECC / SGCC | Corrosion protection without finishing |
| Aluminum 5052 / 6061 | Lightweight and machinable |
| SUS304 / SUS316 | Corrosion resistance and hygiene |
Surface Finishes
| Deburr & edge break | Standard on all cut parts |
| Powder coating | Protective and decorative, any RAL |
| Zinc / nickel plating | Internal and chassis components |
| Anodizing | Aluminum parts, clear or color |
| Brushing / polishing | Decorative surfaces |
Customization
| Cutouts | Nested efficient profiles with clean edges |
| Forming | Bends, offsets, embossing, hems |
| Fasteners | PEM studs/nuts, weld nuts, inserts |
| Machining | Drilled, tapped, countersunk features |
| Assembly | Light sub-assembly, kitting, hardware |
The Production Route for This Product
DFM & Engineering Review
Bend radii, tolerances, weld access and assembly sequence checked against your drawing before quoting.
Laser Cutting
Fiber laser profiles the flat patterns with burr-free edges and repeatable accuracy.
CNC Bending & Forming
Synchronized press brakes form the body, flanges and structural features.
Welding (optional)
TIG, MIG or spot welding for frames and sealed assemblies, then grinding and finishing.
Surface Finishing
Powder coating, anodizing, plating or brushing applied to your specification.
Assembly & Inspection
Hardware, hinges, gaskets and labels installed; dimensions, appearance and fit checked.
Pack & Ship
Protective film, corner protection, palletizing and container planning for your market.
Common Questions About This Product
One. We produce single prototype parts for fit checks as well as serial quantities. There is no artificial MOQ - pricing simply scales with volume.
STEP, STP, IGES, DXF, DWG, PDF and native SolidWorks files. For laser-cut flats, DXF with a 1:1 scale is ideal; for formed parts a 3D STEP speeds up DFM review.
Tolerances are planned in DFM: we hold +/-0.1 mm cutting, control bend dimensions against critical features, and inspect first articles with reports before batch release.
Yes - we install PEM hardware, hinges, studs and fasteners, and can deliver kitted or fully assembled sub-assemblies with protective packaging.
Yes. For repeat annual volumes we review the design for manufacturing improvements, optimize nesting, and offer tiered pricing with scheduled deliveries.
