Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Enclosure
We fabricate BESS cabinet shells, internal dividers, gland plates and base skids to your drawing, in steel, stainless or aluminium, built to the IP rating and finish your site needs. The fire-safety and thermal design stay with your engineering team; we deliver the metal and the DFM feedback.

Materials, Finishes & Customisation
Material choice
| Carbon steel | 1.5–3.0 mm — the default for cost-driven outdoor cabinets |
| 316L stainless | Coastal and corrosive sites; passivated or coated |
| Aluminium 5052/6061 | Weight-sensitive rooftop and wall units |
Coatings & protection
| Zinc pre-treatment + powder | Standard outdoor corrosion protection |
| Hot-dip galvanizing | Thick coating for harsh classes |
| Anodizing (aluminium) | Hard, thin, corrosion-resistant |
Assembly & kitting
| Components | Shell, dividers, rails, gland plates |
| Pre-assembly | Sub-assemblies welded or bolted to save site time |
| Palletising | Bundled and labelled by position |
How This Product Moves Through the Workshop
Your enclosure drawings are reviewed for panel fit, bend radius, hole pattern and coating class before cutting, so interface dimensions are confirmed first. Flat patterns are nested and laser cut, panels are formed, holes and cut-outs are produced in the same program, then parts move to welding and the coating stage that matches the environment. Assemblies are checked against the drawing before packing, and parts are banded and labelled by position for installation.
- Drawing review with DFM feedback before production release
- Fiber laser cutting of the complete flat pattern in one set-up
- CNC press-brake forming, welding, grinding and fitting
- Coating and gaskets applied before hardware and windows are fitted
- First-article and sample inspection recorded for each batch
